Trying to buy new rear light cover for Yaris. Dealer won't take credit card payment, only in person payment, before ordering, so 2 trips needed.Toyota UK no help, don't sell parts and sent me to ebay.Appalling attitude from both companies - really couldn't care less.

I recently bought their Jeans and boots deal (Hound Brown Milano stonewash stretch denim jean bundle) on 15th of November ‘22 which cost me €140.90 including shipping at €5.95.The package arrived about a week or so later, all good.The items looked great however, the button snapped off the jeans before I tried them on and the boots which were a size 10 as ordered, were actually way too big and more like a size 12. This is where the fun starts. I checked their website which advises on their return policy to Include all original packaging etc and they would refund the initial outlay plus any postage incurred which was €9.00 from Dublin (ROI)The items were returned within the 30 day return option on 24th November ‘22. Following several emails, I have received no response nor a refund to date. Conor in Dublin.
