Generally all parcels get delivered without a hitch, but occasionally there are problems. We are restricted time-wise for delivery to our customers (and we have an agreement with GLS to accommodate this), but this isn't always adhered to by the delivery drivers, so they are turning up too late in the day.Also, it can take a little while for Customer Services to investigate issues and get back to us - however generally speaking most issues get resolved.

marked my parcel as delivered before (!!) the actual time it was and yet it wasn’t even delivered to me! checked my reception and my neighbors nobody has the parcel, couriers never even rang to see if i was home then i rang your parcel helpline next day got no help all i was told is that the courier will be contacting me within three days when i actually move away tomorrow! big joke customer service very poor should’ve checked reviews before ordering or else i would’ve saved myself a lot of money on lost packages
