Initially, my assistant was competent, but over time I noticed she was merely copy-pasting daily reports. I raised this issue with her supervisor, who promised to investigate, but nothing changed. Months later, she had neglected required tasks for over a month. After multiple complaints and no resolution, I requested a new assistant. I also sought a refund for two months of inadequate work, but was denied. The replacement assistant also failed to meet expectations, leading to further frustrations. Despite numerous follow-ups, the service remains unresponsive. I strongly advise against hiring from this provider.
