marked my parcel as delivered before (!!) the actual time it was and yet it wasn’t even delivered to me! checked my reception and my neighbors nobody has the parcel, couriers never even rang to see if i was home then i rang your parcel helpline next day got no help all i was told is that the courier will be contacting me within three days when i actually move away tomorrow! big joke customer service very poor should’ve checked reviews before ordering or else i would’ve saved myself a lot of money on lost packages
Purchased a vehicle that had been AA inspected with a AA assured warranty on collection car had multiple faults included lighting fault. Lights not working and fault light on dashboard. Registered a claim with warranty this was declined stating they do not cover electrical faults or lights even though they stayed no faults found the lights can never of worked at inspection as faults on dash also other fault codes found on car when scanned. Fraud. Taken up with trading standards now.Just a update as the AA refuse to sort issues. We are now taking them to court and have a solicitor involved. Repairs are £2000 firstly the AA said no payment now they are offering part payment so clearly they have admitted liability but don't want to pay full repair. How can you say lights work at inspection when clearly they don't.
