Terrible service from GLS

GLS have had my package for a week now.No phone call, no message.Eventually emailed me an address somewhere in the county to which it was delivered - and that’s it! I think I’m expected to pick it up myself.It’s more like a treasure hunt than a delivery service. Avoid this company.Tell your suppliers not to use GLS.

Cannot fault the guys in the repair shop, very professional, helpful and fitted my car in quickly to sort out broken water pump/pipe. They kept me informed through the day, would use them again!

Faulty Air Conditioning

I contacted the AA after having Halfords do a free diagnostic on the vans AC system, which i knew was not working correctly. (Halfords confirmed that there was a problem, but it required further diagnostics to pinpoint the cause)The AA were first class when i told them about this. Halfords were authorised to run further diagnostics and then contact WMS with results. One day later i have the van back with a fully working AC system. (The compressor had to be replaced).Cant fault the response from the AA.I guess that negative reviews could be from before 2020.So far so good in my case. I will extend my warranty at the end of this period.

Never again will I buy extra warranty…

Never again will I buy extra warranty with AA Warranty, my car broke down on 02.06.2021, I rung AA warranty and was put on hold 3 times for over 25 minutes and then cut off each time then joining the back of the queue. I then emailed them twice without reply so ended up going back to the garage for them to sort it.Itwas 2 weeks before I got the car back,. I had a bad experience with them once before but was willing to give them another chance but sadly it wasn't to be, for the sum of £900 I would expect better service and to able to make contact with them easier, I will search for an independent warranty company in future.
