Excellent service!

My parcel arrived in time. Moyisi, driver called before he delivered my parcel, I told that I’m at work there’s nobody in the house and he offered to deliver the parcel to me at my workplace. Thanks for your service Moyisi at GLS.Zam.

Jacki saved the day

Had a miscommunication with the delivery driver (mistake was mine, not his).I rang up customer service to try get it solved. Jacki saved the day. She listened to my problem, understood, and then kept me on the line while she contacted the driver. She then arranged delivery for the following day. Amazing service. 10/10.
