Review Time
I was charged €40 for an unclear subscription plan without my clear consent. I only paid €1.5 for a 7-day trial, and it was not clearly stated that I would automatically be charged €40 afterwards. I consider this misleading and I expect a refund. Be careful.
60$ cad charged, no receipts. Cancelled and requested refund, they immediately gave a 1.33$ refund for the trial week no problem. Then proceeded to insist they don't do refunds. Their terms and conditions have updated (on notion) and went from "refunds at their discretion" to "no refunds"
Additional 40$ taken this morning.
Over 26+ email exchanges with their automated support. They refuse to provide a receipt for anything and just keep replying they can't do refunds.
Scam alert.
,The first time they didn't warn about the extension after the trial period and took 35 euros. I complained about this, no response. When I wanted to cancel the subscription, I got an offer for a year for 1 Euro. So I took advantage of it and After a month they withdrew 35 euros again. They are thieves.
This company is cheating and tricking people to pay more.
They offer to charge $1.49 for one week trial, instead they charge you 39.99 $ for whole month without any approval and any intimation.
“Claiming it is mentioned in policy”
It is cheating and tricking company who don’t want to serve customer only cheat. If there was one bit honesty and ethics they would have vouched to return falsely charged amount or keep the account for the month of usage.
Instead they are ready to stop the account on the day of charging but not ready to refund illicit charges. This cheating by mentality. Sick customer care !!!
I purchased a one week trial a $1.49 as I only needed to enlarge one photo, that was all. I didn't realise that at the end of that week they were going to deduct another $39.99 from my account automatically renewing it without any direct email advising me of this. They sent a welcome letter which was misnamed as it is actually a receipt for money paid, no letter attached. Was stunned! Am trying to get my money back. Very deceptive website, the mention of automatically renewing is in very feint writing in small grey text at the bottom. The rest of the text is in standard black writing. They also reply to negative reviews with a standard 'contact us and we will review', which i did and they did not get back to me, and I'm yet to read where anyone received a refund due to their deceptive practices. It appears that this company and a lot of the companies at the same address, I think there were over 150 companies registered to that address, do the same deceptive practices with the same director involved. I wonder if the automatic replies on trustpilot negate the negative reviews count?
I paid for one single picture generation as that was all I needed, ~0,5 EUR, fair enough.
Then to my surprise, a week later I was charged a 40 EUR (!) subscription fee!
I've been unsuccesfully contacting customer service for more than 2 weeks now for a refund and cancellation.
Avoid this company like cancer
Zero stars. This is a scam- don’t sign up. You can’t cancel, only “delete your subscription” and then when asked to refund , they say they can’t find your account or any record of your payment. I’ve sent them screenshots with my account active and my bank statements and they still say they can’t find it. I’m so mad.
The AI is rather interesting and can definitely help you modify your pictures. It works well in most of the occasions (especially if you use the pre-made prompts), but it requires some trial and error with some pictures. I could not figure out why some pictures work better than others, but the overall experience is positive.
The support was communicative and willing to help.

I didn't drill deep enough into the reviews and failed to notice the billing practices of this company. You don't realise that they will continue to charge you at the full rate. There are a lot of unhappy people so I cancelled my future payments to this company on the same day I signed up. Fingers crossed that cancellation works but I'll be keeping my eye on it. For me I don't think the functionality was worth it either.
They charge me 0.99$ USD for a 7 days trial.
After that they charge me 39.99$ USD.
They never told me that on the website.
They send you an email where they don't talk about that, but they attach a PDF called "Welcome letter" where they told you about the subscription.
But since they call it a "Welcome letter" instead of "Contract" you don't read it and you have to paid.
