If I hadn't found glucose goddess I don't think I could've figured out how to maintain myself. I was always drained and hated myself so much. Her videos really helped me acknowledge what I was doing wrong, why my body always craves for more food, how can I control it. I understood everything she said and started to do it her way and BOOM my life changed.

I absolutely think this is the most amazing and needed product right now so many people have cortisol issues, blood sugar issues- and it’s hard to not eat carbs and suga! I don’t have to worry if I go out and eat off my diet. It literally helps with a spike!

For the moment it feels good. I m in a very personal process which will take time, and let s say "I have a plan". I think I will need more time ahead to evaluate in a more balanced manner. But definitively it feels better now. I don t feel that heavy sensation and that foginess I used to feel...so I know this is a very good sign , isnt it ? :)) Also I m thinking to combine it with the vinegar (from apple better I guess? ). I m on it. I m deeply thannkful 🩵
I’m on a path to try and get control of my sugar addiction and have been following the glucose goddess hacks…that along with trialing anti-spikeI decided to order a CGM as well, first of all the hacks do work and I got some great insights from the CGM around having a small snack pre workout in the mornings, the anti-spike definitely works - I can see the difference on the CGM, keep the amazing tips coming Jesse!!
