We have been using the service for about a year, and it has been fantastic, particularly the applicant import feature. I wish it had the same efficiency for valuation requests by incorporating vendors and landlords. Aside from that, it's very user-friendly.

I used the system at a previous job and later signed up for my own business. I requested account cancellation and to stop payments, which was not done. I spoke with a representative who said he would leave my account open without charges, only to be billed later! The system feels outdated, and despite promises of updates, they never materialized. I’m done with this service!
