Godeal24 unreliable

What is my first & only experience with Godeal24 company? I am customer from Bulgaria. I ordered OS Win11 Pro & Office 2021 Pro. After payment the passwords were received immediately by e-mail. But all my attempts to install new OS failed even after the assistance by e-mail from Godeal24. It doesn't matter using old OS and trying to upgrade or uninstalling old OS or trying to install Win11 Pro. As a result customer team offered to return the money but I refused. With another product - Office 2021 Pro there were no any installing problems.
