I ordered well in advance for an important event, trusting the three-day delivery timeline.
Since placing the order, I received several different explanations: first a one-day delay, then a production issue, and finally a clear promise that delivery would happen today.
Today, no delivery took place. After reaching out myself, I was told the order is still in production, now four days late and not dispatched.
Because I relied on each update provided, I was left without the ability to arrange a replacement in time.
The stress and consequences of this situation have been overwhelming and deeply disappointing.

This was my third order with Merchlist, and unfortunately each order has had issues.For my most recent order (#249796), I clearly stated at checkout that:All items were required by Thursday, 18 December due to overseas travelDesign mockups had to be approved via WhatsApp before productionI followed up repeatedly on Monday, Tuesday, and again multiple times on Wednesday via WhatsApp and phone. On Wednesday alone, I called five times with no response. When I called immediately after from a different number, the call was answered straight away.By Wednesday, I had received only 5 of 12 designs. Despite sending feedback immediately and following up several times the same day, I still had no confirmation on whether the order would be delivered the next day, or what items would be included. I am still awaiting an update on the 7 remaining items left for approval.The main issue is poor communication and lack of clarity on a time-sensitive order, despite me mentioning when placing the order that i need the delivery by a certain date.Based on this experience, I will be using a different supplier in the future who offers faster responses and clearer communication.
Took them 2 weeks to send the order. After receiving the order most items were misprinted, they even printed color as pink. 2 days now trying to reach them they see my messages and dont respond. This is ridiculous approach. stay away
Merchlist I paid for a premium product category AED 120 almost for a jacket from their website and what I got is even not one time use. Just buy, get delivery and straight throw in garbage.The jacket material quality is so bad and worst that even use and throws materials are 100 times better.Never trust online orders so easily, whatever these companies does marketing always check first quality.I am not going to buy anything in future and will place my experience everywhere so others not come in their marketing traps.My order no: 234748For the Merchlist TeamI have shared the videos alsoHere is the following output from them, and handling customer feedback:I want future customers to be aware of how Merchlist handles genuine feedback.After receiving uniforms that were far below the promised “premium” quality, I shared an honest review with photos and videos so others could see the reality.Instead of addressing the issue or improving their service, the company immediately contacted me and tried to get the review removed by offering benefits.Their priority was not customer satisfaction it was to hide the truth from the public.This shows how some businesses operate:protecting their image instead of fixing the problem, pressuring customers to delete honest feedback, and putting their own interests above transparency.My purpose in writing this is simple:To make sure the public knows how companies sometimes try to cover up genuine issues rather than solve them. Everyone deserves clear, truthful information before buying.
If you are in the UK do not use this company. They quoted £56 for delivery when I placed the order and then they tried to charge £308 a month later when I chased for an update. I have asked them to cancel the order and they have stopped responding. I have now handed this matter over to my bank to resolve. See screengrab.
Sales Team will write you a single message and let you wait the whole day then without an answer. I said its urgent and just wanted to know if they can deliver it on time. Now i wasted one full day and have to search for someone else to do this job.
Their customer service is misleading and not responsive. They don't care about their customers, just replying once in a blue moon and giving fake discount promises that never came true. Plus, the extremely overpriced items. That was an extremely bad business experience.
