They make it impossible to contact campaign owners

I've donated to some campaigns on here and with one I wanted to donate again but realized I'd never received an update. I tried to send the campaign owner a message to this affect, to ask about an update, and I received a message saying 'we've detected that this message is spam' and to contact them, which clearly wasn't the case. And contacting them was nearly impossible. So I will donate on another platform from now on.

Fast, Transparent, and a Lifesaver – Funds Raised Within Hours!
