Review Time
Since arriving on the IOW three months ago I have been delighted with the Go Internet provison and service. As arranged in advance their engineer arrived the day after I moved in and we have recieved first class service from the very beginning. The braodband went down for a couple of hours one morning, but it was dealt with immedialty and I was kept informed throughout. Their website is very good regarding account information and keeping up to date. I highly recommed Go Internet.
not being in the habit of leaving reviews for everything i purchase but i felt the service and outcome of the internet provision supplied by Go was nothing short of brilliant.I live in Ventnor and have been with a major national company for years , kept being told it will be better soon etc etc talking to a faceless tel sales assistant , never the same person but always the same result , terrible internet. So called the guys at Go , what a breath of fresh air , got names! but more important got results and what a difference , finally got proper internet speeds , No buffering on films and gaming at the same time! Zoom is smooth all in all guys i just wanted to say thanks! But your golden bullet is your personal service and we truly feel supported in this minefield . Keep it going .AndyB Ventnor
