We’ve recently bought a caravan and as it’s our first one, we’ve needed a lot of hand holding. Gary was really kind and patient and explained everything to us newbies. Thanks also to Phil who delivered the caravan. Would highly recommend, first class service.
Picked up our caravan today golden castle have been excellent especially Gary and chris ,I cannot fault golden castle ,i highly recommend them if you need a new caravan ,they are very welcoming and friendly,gary even rang me to wish us luck as he couldn’t be there when we collected our caravan ,we also had a email from Chris asking if we had a safe journey home ,golden castle are 5*

Great service and extremely helpful. Being a single caravanner, they made sure I was fully equipped. After I collected the caravan, I later received a follow up email asking if my journey home was safe and was I happy with everything. They also offered support for me should I need it. The whole team were happy and helpful which was the vibe I picked up immediately I walked into the shop. Puts you at ease straight away
So glad we chose Golden Castle for the purchase of our first caravan. They have a wide selection of caravans on site to choose from, and the staff were so helpful from start to end. Alex arranged a great deal for us, and Gary did a fantastic handover of our new van, taking time to explain all the features and making sure we felt confident with the van. We bought a new coachman caravan through golden castle this year. Gary was really helpful, gave us honest views and wasn’t at all pushy when we were choosing the ‘van and considering added extras. The collection process was thorough and particularly useful for two newbies to caravanning.We had an issue with the van and golden castle were excellent.
