Buyer beware! Golden hour hemp will charge your account and never mail out any product. When I contacted their customer support they told me it's because their coupon codes were expired, however my order went through their system and I was charged for it. At this point I still have not received a refund. This is inexcusable and criminal activity and I have reported them to the bbb, attorney generals office, the FTC, and disputed the charges with my bank. I am posting this everywhere I can find to try to save others from these crooks.
This spot is the real deal. I’ve been smoking top tier concentrates for years now. I have to say I was soooooo surprised by how not only effective but amazing this stuff is. Everything that I’ve ordered from them is always great. The actual flower you can find better options. But the moon rocks. snow balls and snow caps are the best I’ve ever had. Period! And their concentrates like the diamonds and live rosin are 🔥. If your thinking twice don’t it’s too good to be true I know. But it’s true!

1st time I ordered from them I get a message saying to allow more time i got it in about 8 days. This order i put in on Saturday and got an email today saying that they are waiting on stock. How do you sell someone something you dont even have thats not only bad business but it just makes you look bad in general. I already told them if they cannot have it shipped by 5pm tomorrow when the last time I can mess with my card until Monday im putting stop on it and just cancel my order. I have never ordered from a company who has said we dont have the stock in right now why the hell is it on your page if its not in stock. I will not be doing anymore business with this company if I were you I wouldn't either. Not to mention that I messaged them 3 mins after they emailed me and I won't hear anything from them for a couple days.
I placed a large order on a Friday and am supposedly going to receive on Saturday 8 days later. Didn't even ship for 2 possibly three Business days. I sent an email to the company inquiring about my order. They sent me a response stating my order had been shipped no apologies no explanations nothing. Both times I've done business with this company it's been the same thing so I won't get burned a third time and I hope you don't either!
