Extremely disappointing customer service, avoid ordering from them. I placed an order on 06 December 2025, but since the item was out of stock, I opted to pre-order it for 12/12/2025. On 18/12, before my trip, I emailed them to confirm the estimated delivery date. They responded kindly, apologizing for the delay and informing me that my order was upgraded for next-day delivery via Royal Mail at no extra cost. However, upon my return to the UK on 4 January 2026, I still hadn’t received anything, prompting me to call them. The representative I spoke with was from HR, assisting with customer queries due to staff shortages. She checked the records and informed me that the item remained out of stock, apologizing for the delay attributed to Black Friday and Christmas, which seemed irrelevant since I ordered on 03 December 2025. While she was apologetic, she couldn’t provide a satisfactory explanation for the lack of communication regarding the delivery delay. The only option she offered was a refund and some points (which I’m unsure how to use), as the item was still claimed to be out of stock. This is completely unacceptable, as the website indicates the item is available, making their excuses seem invalid. The poor customer service, lack of communication, and inability to provide reasonable compensation ensure I will not use this supplier again. I strongly advise against wasting your time here; the promotions on their site do not guarantee item delivery. They seem primarily focused on your money. Truly appalling and unprofessional. Best of luck, but you are officially the worst website I’ve encountered.

I placed my order 9 days ago and my payment was processed 8 days ago. I haven’t received a reply to my email, and none of the five available phone departments are answering. This is my second online order that has been unacceptably slow. This is not acceptable, and I won’t be using this service again. It's a shame, as the physical stores are great.
The money-back guarantee is worthless. I ordered this product and later found out I couldn’t take it. After sending numerous text messages and spending $685.00, I still haven’t received my refund. Additionally, they sent me bottles I never ordered and charged me for them.

The phone line doesn’t work either. If you don’t want to be scammed, avoid buying online unless it’s from a reputable site.
I placed an order on June 18, it was 'processed' on June 25, and was allegedly dispatched. I was told it would take 4-7 business days, but by July 4, I still hadn’t received anything. Tracking indicated it was at an international airport! This is a UK company serving a UK customer. Abysmal service—definitely a one-time experience.
Two weeks have passed with no delivery. I received an apologetic email a few days after following up, but honestly, in this day and age, I can’t accept such poor delivery times and late apologies. Goodbye to this service; it was my first and last order.

When I called, the representative was quite rude. Their physical location has closed, and I truly doubt how they will compete with other companies.
