Ordered items for Christmas in November...

I placed an order for Christmas in November, but it still hasn't shipped despite my repeated requests for updates. If you need anything within two months, avoid this service. I reached out multiple times asking them to send whatever they could, but my messages were ignored. I emphasized the importance of my order for Christmas, but it seemed they didn’t care until I left this review. I ordered 20 items as Christmas presents for a little boy, and they could have sent a few if they were unable to fulfill the entire order. If they have shipped anything, I doubt it will arrive before January, and I plan to return everything and never use this service again.
