Amazing company, communication was great. I was skeptical before purchasing because it was priced so well but I messaged them for a query on one of the clubs and they messaged back so fast. Just back from the range with them and they’re fantastic, best clubs I’ve ever used.

Real quality, old school customer service. I was struggling to find a specific left handed, Callaway 7 wood anywhere. The team at Golfworx sourced and helped customise it all, including the shaft and grip to fit the rest of my bag setup. Genuine care and personalised support. Highly recommended!
Superb service I emailed Golfworx to ask a few questions before ordering and Karl responded immediately with advice and made me feel confident to place my order.Once ordered I received immediate confirmation and consistent updates until dispatch.I asked for a couple of non standard features and so the turnaround time was suggested as 7-9 days. They arrived within 7 days. Well packaged too. Couldn’t fault the service (or the price for that matter) in any way.
I am over the moon with the level of service, Golfworx does go the extra mile and beyond. Had a small hiccup and they sorted it out, and some. Going forward I know were my goto company for my clubs will be Golfworx. Thanks to you all for all your efforts.
First class iron fitting (and gapping)session with Karl. Started with Karl gathering tons of info (what I wanted from the clubs, where I played etc) then got a baseline from my swing and current kit. We then got to testing approx 6 types of players distance irons. I was not told what I was hitting each time and we simply used my feedback and the Trackman data to select the optimum performers for me. Taylor Made P790 and Srizon ZXi5 were 1st and 2nd. The extra yardage on the P790 won. We then spent 10mins on grips and grip thickness. Karl did recommend that I didn’t purchase a 5iron in the set (my current one flies the same distance as my 6iron). Without being pushy, he did suggest a 7 wood. The results we got with a Ping G440 7 wood (with a 5 wood shaft) were excellent so we added that. A fair (discounted) price was agreed. Overall this was a brilliant experience and Karl simply wants the most suitable kit for you to allow you to play the best golf you can. I will definitely be returning !!
