I had forgotten to update my address on my autoship orders after moving and the customer care team went above and beyond to help me with getting replacements for the orders I did not receive. Each person I interacted with was kind and helpful. I've reached out to customer care once before, and that was an excellent experience as well.
I have to say that Goli.com has the best customer care service that I have ever experienced in my life. They went above and beyond to meet my needs. They were very understanding and quick at responding to my concerns. They gave me specific instructions on how to return my pkg. and get a full refund, they hadn’t even received the pkg. yet, but were able to track it, and gave me my full refund.Now that is what I call an excellent customer care team. I bought these for my daughter who has stomach issues. She swears by them. In saying that. I forgot to add the apartment number to her address. I contacted customer support and they assisted me greatly. Much appreciated and will buy again.
I ordered a six pack bundle from goli. In that order was supposed to be two ashwagandha, two apple cider vinegar and two Matcha mind. When I received my order I seen that I got the two apple cider and the two ashwagandha. Instead of Matcha mind, I got two probiotic ones. They ended up giving me the two matcha mind that I ordered, but didn’t receive for free!! There was another situation where I ordered a three pack and I decided to cancel the order about 10 minutes after I placed it. It said it couldn’t be canceled because it was already being packaged and shipped so I had to wait till I received the order to send it back and get a refund. I messaged them about that as well. I said that there shouldn’t have been a reason that I couldn’t cancel my order when it was only 10 minutes after placing the order. In compensation to that they gave me a full refund on that order and let me keep the package. This brand and the workers is outstanding.
I was using a different probiotic .. several different brands in fact and they just didn’t help . Now that I’m using Goli probiotics I feel so much better . I no longer have the discomfort after eating certain foods. I’m so glad I decided to try your product. They are delicious easy to chew gummies.
