I had an order that was "lost" or stating it had been at the same facility for several days. I reached out to the Goli customer care team and let them know what was going on. They were EXTREMELY QUICK to respond to my email and within a couple of hours, they had sent me another order at no charge and it is on its way as we speak. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE :)
I was excited to order my first 3-pack of Goli gummies, and even my 15-year-old was eager to try them as well. When I received the delivery notification, I had my daughter bring the package inside. Unfortunately, when I got home, I noticed the package seal had been broken, and only two of the three bottles were included.I immediately emailed Goli’s customer service team and shared a photo of the package. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded and provided clear instructions. The very next day, my replacement was approved, and shortly after, I received the missing bottle.In today’s world, it’s refreshing to experience customer service that is responsive, honorable, and truly values the customer. My husband and I have been getting this brand of products for months now and truly feel great! But we did get a few bottles that were dried out and hard to chew, so I reached out to the Goli customer service and they resolved my issue with no problem! WE LOVE GOLI!
I had accidentally ordered the incorrect 3 pack. I quickly sent an email to the customer service team. I was skeptical about Goli because my initial order never got delivered and the delivery service stated they could not find my address which was odd because I work from home and have ringing doorbell and they never tried to deliver. I reached out to the GOLI team who quickly sent me a 20% refund and shipped out a new order.
