Review Time
This brand was claiming 5 stars reviews on Trustpilot (on their Facebook page which seems to have vanished now) and yes, I should have checked myself before ordering... I started having concerns when the order tracking showed it was sent from China (which means it is made in China). China's standards on ingredients and component are not alingned with the UK/EU standards. It does promise a "90 days risk free trial" but the their refund policy shows the customer has to pay for return... to China!!!
I was skeptical about this cream because of all the negative reviews here on Trust Pilot but after a lengthy dialogue with the company (I had lots of questions) and speaking with gals who commented on their IG posts who have used it themselves, I took the plunge and bought it. The company has been extremely responsive to my many questions and was extremely patient. It turns out that there are knock offs of this product being sold on Amazon. So unless you are buying it directly from WilderGlow then you are not buying the real product. I read comments that the packaging is horrible and that it smells awful. Those comments must be from folks who unfortunately bought the knock off product. I just received mine and the packaging is quite nice and it smells lovely. I’ve just started it today so I can’t speak to its effectiveness, but I’ll be sure to come back and give my honest feedback 90 days from now (May 29th)… I’ve placed reminders in my calendar to ensure I am cycling 3 wks on and 1 wk off to ensure I am following the instructions to the mark.
All I can speak to so far is that the customer service has been lovely to work with and extremely attentive/responsive and I am hopeful that the product will do great things as I enter into the early stages of perimenopause (I’m 49 in a mth).
Oh, and I live in Canada and I ordered it 02/20/2026 and received my package today, 02/28/2026 so delivery is not long… again, coming from folks who most likely bought the knock off.
It took a month for the product to arrive, supposedly due to supply chain issues, but I later discovered it was shipped from overseas. Despite my initial hopes, using the product left me feeling terrible. When I decided to stop using it and reached out to the support team for a full refund, as promised on their site, I was met with a frustrating back-and-forth through several emails. Ultimately, I was informed that I would have to pay for return shipping, and there was no guarantee of a refund.
Regret not checking reviews beforehand. I got caught up in the appealing marketing on my social media. The product took more than a month to arrive, and interestingly, the advertisements have vanished completely. This feels like a scam! Women like me, who have experienced hormonal changes and seek a natural alternative, should definitely steer clear! I'm really frustrated for falling for this.
If I could rate it lower than one star, I definitely would. I was misled by ads on social media. The price was outrageous, and the product arrived in flimsy plastic containers with cream leaking out, so they weren't even sealed correctly. The cream had a strong chemical odor, didn't absorb into my skin, and felt more like a lotion than a cream. After one use, I discarded both containers; it was a significant waste of money.
This service is deceptive. They promote a product but deliver a low-quality imitation. The cream has an unpleasant odor reminiscent of cheap hand soap and has a synthetic appearance. The packaging is flimsy plastic. Additionally, they fail to mention that this product is manufactured, packaged, and shipped from overseas. They do not respond to emails, messages, or negative feedback on their social media. I had to resort to a refund through a payment service. Always check reviews beforehand. I didn't, but fortunately, I retrieved my money. I won't be returning.
All the negative comments about this product are accurate. It's disappointing that they exploit women's struggles. I refuse to use this unpleasant-smelling item—who knows what it really contains? It took about a month to arrive from overseas.
Awful product, poorly packaged cream that reeks of chemicals, ships from overseas, and takes weeks due to 'stock issues.' If you want to return it, they expect you to cover the shipping costs. I'm extremely disappointed for falling for their marketing.
