Overall positive experience

Caution with refurbished items

I cannot recommend buying refurbished devices here. I ordered an iPhone listed as 'lightly used', but received one with a damaged rear camera, a deformed casing, and a non-original battery that doesn’t hold a charge. The price was high, and when I sought a return or exchange, it was refused.
