I was satisfied with their service for over a year, but then they switched to CGNAT without any prior notice, and I only realized it when my service went down. After numerous calls, they informed me that I would need to pay over $115 plus tax per month for an upgraded dedicated IP address. I declined, and now I'm facing a cancellation penalty due to a recent contract renewal. I tried to explain that it was the company that changed the service, breaking the contract first, but my efforts were futile. This has been a frustrating experience.
