Avoid this company at all costs. I canceled my prescription and turned off auto-renew, yet they processed a renewal anyway. I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue with their support team, but nothing was resolved. Charging a customer’s credit card without consent is unacceptable, and I will be disputing the charge.

I tried to cancel within a minute of placing it but customer support kept refusing due to their policy. I asked for a screenshot of where I would have seen that during the checkout process but they refused.

This company is a total rip off and scam!! They REFUSE to cancel my subscription. I explained to the agent via chat that I have too much and financially need to cancel immediately. I was told by, “ Sarah” that it will be paused indefinitely. I told her it is a federal law for one click cancel on subscriptions, like they do not know!! She refused and told me to follow steps that are not even possible to complete on the site. I told her to remove my method of payment and cancel numerous times. She just repeated her directions that do not exist. I then received 5 emails back to back with a message showing the approval for the product from January!! They were sent within seconds of each other on purpose with irrelevant info, still not confirming the cancellation. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and proof of a scam. If they were legit with quality products this would not be an issue. DO NOT PURCHASE from this new, small and fraudulent company.

Disappointing Experience with Automatic Fill

I placed my first order with the service on 03/02/2025 and didn’t make another order until 11/09/2025, which was 8 months later. Clearly, I wasn’t on automatic fill during that time. However, I received an email stating my order had been shipped, which I never authorized. I returned the package to sender, but they refused to issue a refund because it had already been mailed. They claimed it was on automatic fill, but I wasn’t informed, especially since my first order and the 8 months in between were not set up that way. I advise caution when dealing with this company. If you check their reviews and the BBB feedback, you’ll find similar concerns. I only wish I had done my research beforehand.

The top online GLP1 clinic I've tried, and I've tried many.

This is undoubtedly the best online GLP1 clinic I’ve experienced, having tried nearly all of them. I filled out a medical questionnaire on January 7, received approval from a doctor on January 8, and got my medication in a well-insulated package today, January 9. Besides their impressive efficiency, they provide pure medication without any additives. Additionally, they transparently share the names of the two pharmacies they utilize, which I appreciated. I plan to keep using them for my future needs. Great job!

Issue switching plans

I was having difficulty switching to the 6 month plan and had to reach out to customer support. Kati, the rep I worked with, was amazing. She stayed with me until my issue was resolved and responded immediately whenever I emailed. I couldn't have asked for better service. Not only that, but I have been on the plan for 6 months and lost 45 lbs and I feel great. Thank you!
