Good support, but poor communication of validation tesult

Ezra quickly identified and explained the problem, so my rating for the support organization is high. However, my rating for the application and validation process is low, because (a) Google Workspace for Nonprofits is incorrectly named, (it is only for charitable nonprofits), (b) the Goodstack email with the result of their validation of our organization gave only a vague indication of what the problem was, and (c) there was a no-reply email address, making it more time-consuming to respond asking for clarification.

Great support after initial rejection

Our application for a project management solution was initially rejected but GoodStack helped us quickly resolve the issue through an appeal process. Their responsive team was courteous and professional and I appreciate that they provided clear guidance on requirements for approvals.

Helping us make a difference

We are a small not-for-profit, and we don't have tech-savvy volunteers (staff) to handle technical issues, so we were happy with the support we received to get set up and start running on a pro-plan at no charge. This is so important when you're running on little or no grant. Nothing makes greater difference for a non-profit than being helped to make a difference in other people's lives.
