Super easy and efficient!

Very easy to deal with when we ran into a small hurdle trying to register as a charity for a couple of software providers. They were very responsive and aided us in providing the correct documentation required by each software provider and as a result our charity was able to access the software at a greatly reduced price. Thanks guys!

I found the interface for verification to be non-intuitive. The verification failed repeatedly as notified by email, but the reason was not provided so there was no actionable information. On the other hand, the customer support response was fast and quite good after submitting a request for review of the reason for the failure to be verified was submitted.
