I ordered an MMR boosting service and only a few games were played, with losses included. There is no proactive communication from the support team; they only respond when contacted. No completion timelines are provided, allowing them to delay indefinitely. I can't use my account during this time, which is frustrating. They also refuse to issue any refund. Overall, a very disappointing experience with slow execution and unhelpful support. I do not recommend this service.
