I have been a model for almost 3 years & my experience with the site has been amazing. I always get help when I need it & the one time I didn’t receive a reply happened to be during a time their systems were down but they sent an email to let everyone know that a new message would need to be sent. Support is communicative & professional. I love the newsletter & the fact that the site is consistently looking for ways to improve. They also host trainings that all models can attend. Amazing to me. Have been a ‘model’ or worker as independent contractor for them for 4 years. Their support is superb. They care about their users. They are fair. They are helpful. And they take security and privacy issues very seriously. They have your back. And if you need something, they’re always there to help with kindness and they take everything very seriously. The website has undergone many updates in the 4 years and it has steadily gotten better and more functional for the users and the models working on it. Having a website this vast with as many options as it provides and facilitates is not easy. Props to them.
I have only been on a few days and not even set myself as available to do video orPhone calls yet due to other work stuff, but as of tomorrow I’m going for it!
