Gorilla Accounting have been an amazing addition to my business. They are quick to respond, very helpful with my (many) questions and excellent at what they do. They understand the complex world of HMRC in great depth and have advised me on a whole range of things that have made my accounts just work. I've had experience with various accountants and these guys blow them away. Highly recommended.
Gorilla Accounting has made my bookkeeping so much easier to understand and keep on top of. The software makes VAT a breeze with no issues, which has saved me loads of time.My old accountant made everything feel like hard work and was hard to get hold of. We moved to Gorilla after our previous accountants ceased trading. The transition was smooth and our accountant Kieran is very responsive. When he isn't around, we get an email to say someone will be in touch, and they always are. All very helpful and efficient.
Couldn't recommend Gorilla enough, excellent service and I no longer need to worry about the accounting side of the business as I can trust Gorilla to action things when required. They are always really helpful when I have questions and I love having a dedicated accountant (Justina) however, if for any reasons my dedicated accountant is out of the office, my queries are still picked up and replied to within the day. Gorilla is the polar opposite to my previous accountants in all positive ways, I am really glad I moved over to them.

I joined gorilla after a few years of a horrendous service by another accountantancy firm. I was new to running my own company and relied on the previous company for guidance and advice. I was let down badly in all respects. Once i joined gorilla it was an eye opening experience. Kinley at gorilla has been amazing, listens to my questions and concerns, gives me advice and guidance, and does everything in time and to a very high standard. I feel supported, reassured and completely comfortable with Kinley that i know I'm in good hands. I cannot recommend gorilla and Kinley enough.
After the initial online consultation, it was very easy to set up the service. I opted for sole trader route with option to going down the Ltd Co route in the future. Free Agent software accounting package is reasonably simple and intuitive to use but support by my accountant is always available. I have regular contact with my accountant, Ivan who provides invaluable help, advice and support.
