Good advice and service at a reasonable price. They promise to get back to you within 24 hours and my experience is that they do just that. The only slightly negative is that you don’t appear to get linked to a fully qualified accountant to talk to and your contact sometimes has to check before getting back to you. Overall though, I am happy with the service and advice.
Bethany has been exceptional in managing our accounts and ensuring all our files are up to date. She is highly responsive, and we always receive prompt and clear answers to our enquiries. Overall, working with her has been an outstanding experience.
Very bad first impression This was an exploratory contact with Gorilla to ask for urgently needed help.The person on the line was clearly trying to pigeonhole me into a business or ltd company package, when I told them I’m an employee and require my self assessment tax looking at.Clearly they’re not interested in individual business & the person told me that I could call HMRC myself to sort it.What kind of business retention agenda is that? You’re putting off people even before they join you!As a result of that initial meeting, and my subsequent look at their negative reviews, it’s abundantly clear the company does not have a reliable structure and judging by the initial impressions, they will get me to do most of the work myself.Which begs the question: why should I pay them in that case?My suggestion to them is to replace the first call agents with empathetic people instead of those who just say”You can sort that out yourself”
Second year in a row using Gorilla Accounting, highly recommend them to help you out as their services are quick, informative and useful to help you understand things problem free so I am able to get on with my work without worrying too much about the other tasks.
