Hi I can’t make payments from my account I’ve had important payments to make since Friday and money just got sent back to my balance go solo contacted me on the weekend and said I would receive correspondence by Monday 27th February nothing has happened thus far I’ve sent email after email WhatsApp message after WhatsApp message and nothing goes through the way this bank deals with customer issues is terrible people have businesses to run and we can’t contact anybody the response I received wasn’t even to my query I need my funds asap gosolo

Account blocked on first attempt at transaction for £750. Sent email but received no response. Left me stranded with no access to funds! No contact telephone to call. I will be closing my account as soon as this is resolved. Seems like this is a scam! I sincerely hope I haven't lost my money! I wish I had read these reviews before opening account.
