Review Time
My payment came from EBAY UK of £945 there support told to read the TOS for refund policy which states refund will be done on the card that was used to create the account, while signing up they dont require any bank card. Therefore its a lie in their TOS.While contacting their whatsapp support which is useless 1 agent told the payment is done whereas the others said it would be done. After that i took a bank statement and found out that the money is still in the bank and has not been refunded as per 20 days policy and as per today its 50+ days and refund has not been doneThey are not replying on email or whatsapp nowBeware of this bank, dont trust this bank even with minimal amount
I had made gosolo account this week I transferred 680£ to account but its still on processing after 3 hours whereas transfer takes just minutes. I tried to contact through whatsapp but there’s no response from. It was the first time using gosolo transaction should be completed with minutes i dont know why this is taking time.
