Disappointing order experience

I placed an order for two items on December 9th, 2025, for $350. As of December 30th, I received no updates on shipment or when my items would be sent. After many emails with generic responses and unfulfilled promises, I decided to give up. My last email requested a refund, or I would contact my credit card company. On December 31st, they processed my refund. In conclusion, if you expect timely delivery, I advise avoiding this service.

I ordered a set of brake lines in June 2025, believing the product was available with no indication of delays. Months passed without receiving my parts. After nearly five months, I was back at square one with no parts and wasted time. I found numerous similar complaints online, indicating this is a common issue. I recommend confirming stock and lead times in writing before placing an order and being prepared for potential delays and poor communication. I will not be using this service again.

A frustrating experience

This service is a joke! They take your money and leave you waiting for shipment until you might forget what you ordered. The lower price isn't worth it if you ever even receive your items.

Surprisingly positive experience

I read all the negative reviews and almost canceled my order, but I placed an order for front shocks and received them just one week later. I just ordered the rear shocks as well; this service has the best prices online! I will definitely use them again.

No responses to emails

They are unresponsive via email. I placed an order for an out-of-stock product and inquired two weeks later about shipping. They replied they would check back soon. Two more weeks passed, and when I asked for a refund, I received no answer. I’m patient, but I won't wait six months for an update.

Nothing in stock, avoid this service

They claim to have nothing in stock. I paid $800 only to be told my item was a special order when it was marked as in stock! Their customer service is pathetic, and their inventory is even worse. Don't waste your money here!

Ordered main bearings, major mistake

I ordered a set of main bearings without checking the return policy, which was a big mistake. After two days, I was told it was a special order and they provided no ETA.
