The products are fantastic! I bought a bra and period panties, and they are amazing. However, I hope there will be more thorough quality checks in the future, as my panties came with a missing hook in the middle row, which is the row I depend on.
I'm very disappointed and can't recommend ordering from them. I placed an order for bras and received no communication. After reaching out, I was told the item was sold out, even though it's still advertised everywhere. I'm still being targeted with ads for the exact bra they claimed is unavailable. They suggested I pick something else of equal value, which I didn’t want, so I requested a refund. It's been over two weeks with no bras, no updates, and no refund. It genuinely feels like a scam: they take your money, don’t send the product, don't keep you informed, and don’t issue refunds. A completely unacceptable and frustrating experience. Avoid at all costs.
I ordered a bra in two sizes to find my fit. One fit well, so I wanted to return the other for a refund. The returns portal only allows exchanges or store credit, which I didn’t want as I wasn’t impressed with the bra quality. I contacted customer service, but they kept pushing for an exchange. I quoted the UK 14-day withdrawal period, which they mentioned in responses to reviews. After some back and forth, they finally provided the postal address for my return. I sent it back tracked (costing £8) and included the free gift. Now, I found out they REFUSED to accept the return, and it’s being sent back to me. I'm appalled by how this company treats customers. I would never buy from them again and will warn others not to as well. I requested a refund the day the order was delivered, and they would have received my return within two weeks had they not refused it!
I ordered a bra during Black Friday and had a very disappointing experience. I carefully chose my size based on their chart, but it didn’t fit: the band was correct, but the cup was too small. A larger size would have been too loose, making an exchange unrealistic. When I contacted customer service for a return, they refused to issue a refund and insisted on store credit only, which contradicts EU consumer rights for online purchases. I explained this multiple times, but they continued to repeat their policy. Shoppers should be aware that during Black Friday, the company seems to deny refunds, which is inconsistent with EU law. If you expect normal return rights or accurate sizing, be cautious when ordering from this store.
I ordered the Eva and I adore the fit and design. It's very comfortable and truly beautiful. My usual size fits perfectly. The customer service was also very friendly and helpful after some communication. The only downside is that compared to other brands, the period panties feel thicker, but hopefully that means they will hold up better; I still need to test them.
The period panties significantly improved my life compared to other products. I've ordered three times and am about to order again. Occasionally, I've struggled to find the right type and size, but the customer service has been excellent. Every time I emailed with a question, I received a prompt and helpful reply. I've already recommended this company to friends and will continue to do so whenever I can.
