Review Time
I bought what I thought was an excellent and elegant three piece suit. Instead I got a poor quality suit stuffed into a zip bag.
They could’ve at least tried to make it look the same, but that would be asking for too much!!!
The waistcoat needed work, the blazer needed help, I guess the trousers weren’t too bad, but altogether, the suit was lousy.
They sent me an email asking when did I need it by, and am I sure of the colour and size.
I told them I needed the suit by 24th February 2026, and that I needed the suit in black.
It looks water washed out and horrible.
I had to go elsewhere to by another suit because when I complained and asked for my money back, they said the team had gone on holiday and will not be back until the 24th February. Now is it me or are they mocking me!?!
Anyway I would say do not buy from this site, but expect the worse if you do buy.
I’m disappointed and livid, as the suit is for a funeral. As stated before DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. CHARLATANS!!!

I have contacted the company via email countless times over the past 6 days to return it and they won't reply. I believe they are falsely marketing there productd and deliberately not responding so they only refund 50% after 48hrs. ..

I brought kaitlyn Enchanting mother of the bride dress from pomuyoo and the quality and the detail of this dress is amazing for what i paid for it i did not want to go with the big wedding dress at my age (59) so this is perfect for what i want it for i cannot put any pictures up as i dont get married until march pomuyoo are very good with replying back to emails they get back to you straight away if you have any questions and i never had any problems with them at all there measurments was spot on. I will feel very special on my wedding day when im wearing this dress. Im a very happy customer and i will defonatly be shopping with pomuyoo if ever i need to buy a special dress again
The worst nightmare of my life - literally I don’t know how they accept order if they are not professional and I m not sure how these positive reviews are available , perhaps for their business used family members to write .I received low quality material , design did not match , color of fabric not match - don’t waste your energy or money - they will ruin your time , money and special occasion.
Ordered mother of the bride dress some three weeks ago. Dress arrived, tried on, must say that it is a beautiful dress. Problem, very tight shoulder area and under the arm so movement is restricted. Second problem, bodice has padded boob area which are too far near the neckline to even try to get your boobs in and once in, if you do move your arms your boobs just fall out leaving a bulky pouch at front of dress. When corresponding with company, they first asked me to try a tight bra with the dress, it’s off the shoulder so the straps would be seen but this doesn’t work neither or tape or a strapless bra. I have now been informed that I should take it to a dress maker and get the padded bra area removed from the dress at my expense. This will not alter the fact that the dress it tight around the top of the shoulder arm area and why should I go to the expense of having a brand new dress altered. All I want to do is return the dress which is within my rights as a customer. Update, been to a dress maker offing to do alteration for approx 30/35 pound. Got in touch with company as I just wanted to send dress back. They send no problem, but had to be registered, packed accordingly and other stuff which they said would cost about 35 pounds to return. They also offered me 50 percent discount and 15 percent discount if I shopped with them again. I ve accepted the 50 percent discount as if I didn’t I would still lose out. The refund was put into my account straight away. I ll take the dress to the dress maker and get it altered. The dress may or not not worn. Pleased I got some return on my purchase which was done fairly quickly.Overall I am now satisfied and I do love the dress. The refund will take care of the alterations needed.

Sara contacted me asking various questions about my measurements and helped me with the sizing, this took a while to achieve. Sara was very patient and helped along the way. I eventually ordered my dress, i have today received my dress and i couldnt be happier, the dress is beautiful and fits perfectly.I would recommend this company for that extra special dress, they go the extra mile to get it right
