I bought a voucher thinking it was for a restaurant I often visit as a Christmas gift. I made the payment but never received the voucher. I had to contact my bank to cancel the pending transaction. Afterward, I read the terrible reviews and regretted not checking them before making the purchase. It would have saved me a lot of trouble on Christmas Eve! I can't understand how untrustworthy businesses think it's okay to take hard-earned money from people. Shame on you!

This is a total scam. I spent £80 on vouchers for my dad's birthday, but I never received them or any email to book a restaurant. They responded to my emails, claiming there’s an issue on my end preventing the emails from coming through. Now that his birthday has passed, I've requested a refund. I feel awful as it looks like I forgot his birthday. I hope to get a refund!
We had a horrible experience booking with a restaurant through the service. The restaurant informed us that they don't work with the platform, and despite my attempts to reach out via email, I received no response. In the end, we couldn't go for the meal. I've emailed multiple times and called without any luck. This isn't the first time we've faced issues like this. We've now advised the person who usually buys these vouchers to stop, as the administration is unresponsive. Avoid this service!
