Absolutely the best cell service I’ve ever had , and the most affordable. Customer service is excellent! Web site and app very easy to use . I switched from Verizon and saved $110 a month !! Coverage is as good or better than Verizon. Do yourself a favor and check it out !
The support team was fantastic! They assisted in resolving an esim issue that was registered under the first IMEI instead of the second. Their professionalism and quick response were impressive, especially on New Year's Eve. They truly deserve recognition for their efforts!
I've been with this service for years. No other provider compares, especially for yearly plans, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars. Unfortunately, their customer service is lacking. I dread having to contact them. Often, you either get someone who is uninformed or you face extremely long wait times to get your issues resolved.
