They are scammers.They had a Super Lifetime membership that paid $400 USD for it, it gave access to exclusive products.Now they have simply taken away our access and paused our memberships.We no longer have access to download any products.I have communicated by ticket and they do not respond.They also charged my bank account an additional $200 when my account was canceled.They are scammers as well as their previous sites yukapo and codecheap, and they will surely change their name soon.
You were selling a plan called "Super Lifetime Membership" which allowed access to "Exclusive" downloads, I've been using it fine for a while, but a few months ago you took that access away from me.Please review these types of accounts, I see that there are several people affected. We paid $400 for this plan.
I used yukapo more than 2 years and everything works great! But last year there is a problem with yukapo and suddenly they create new domain codecheap then change to GPLHUB and from that.. everything works horrible. Cant download, no answers from support, no return of money.. Also they migrate almost all normal themes and plugins to exclusive category so you must pay for every update.. So its not usable at all. There is others sites like realgpl and worldpress it who is really great with great support and great plugins and themes!!!
It seems that they just want to deceive people. I bought a “Super Lifetime” plan and now they won't let me download anything! It looks like a Scam site, since they went from codecheap.org to gplhub.net to trick people. Plus they never respond to tickets....
I strongly advise against purchasing from gplhub.net. I bought a WordPress theme from this site, but when I tried to install it, the theme required a purchase code to activate, which was not provided. I reached out to GPLHub for support and requested help or a refund, but I received no response at all. Their lack of support and customer service is very disappointing. Don’t waste your money here—look for more reliable providers.
I purchased a Superlifetime and Lifetime Pro subscription from this website for $400, which included access to exclusive files. I download about 10 files per month. However, my access to the exclusive files has been recently cut off, and I am unable to download them. The support team is not responding to my tickets. Does anyone know why this is happening? This is a very up-to-date and good website, but it also has some issues.
