Probably the best cold email tool there is. I like that it's an all in one tool and easy to use. I've been using multiply tools and switching from one to another tool was getting me on my nerves, which is not case with Prospi. It definitely saves a lot of time since I don't have to jump between different platforms. The whole workflow is much easier now for sure.
In January 2026 I paid these guys over $1000 USD and they've done nothing at all. They blamed staffing issues and kept telling me that "soon things would get better" which nothing did, they continued to ignore me. They've ignored my refund requests. At this point I'm convinced it's a scam.
I've been using this software for a while and it works very well for my needs. The platform is easy to use and the interface is clean, which makes creating and managing email campaigns pretty straightforward. I like that the system runs smoothly and the basic tools you need for email marketing are all there. Overall it's reliable solution if you're looking for something simple and effective for managing email campaigns. Also, the team is there to help you with everything and you can rely on them.
Paid +1k over a month ago, they said campaigns would go live within 2 weeks. Now we're almost 2 months in, the communication is horrible and my messages are being ignored by the team AND by one the founders, Luka. I can definitely NOT recommend this to anyone.
