I ordered a GPU and it arrived quickly, but unfortunately it was broken. The LED lights and fans weren't functioning at all. I managed to fix the lights, but only one fan is operational; the other is completely non-functional, even under stress tests. I reached out for support and was offered a refund, but after several replies over the week, I haven't received any further communication. I'm now stuck with a defective GPU and no assistance. This experience shows that the product wasn't properly tested, despite it being labeled in excellent condition. This was my first and last experience with this platform.

Terrible experience; I placed my order well before Christmas with a 48-hour delivery option, but I didn't receive any updates until December 29th when I was informed they were closed for the holidays. The representative claimed to have no connection with the platform and mentioned that their holiday schedule was on the site, but I only used the online outlet. I finally got a tracking number on January 6th, only to discover the parcel was delivered 200 miles away, which he attributed to the postal service's error. While I understand mistakes happen, the way this situation was managed is disappointing. It feels like the representative shifts blame instead of taking responsibility. Now, on January 13th, I'm still without the GPU I ordered nearly a month ago. The offer of a 10% refund for my troubles doesn't make up for it. Merry Christmas to me, my son is still without his present!

I ordered a power supply on December 19, 2025, and it finally arrived on January 7, 2026, despite paying for 24-hour shipping. It came with almost all of the 24-pin cables cut off, which is incredibly frustrating. After waiting nearly three weeks to get my PC running, I'm left disappointed. They claimed all items are checked, so how was this oversight possible? A complete waste of my time and money. I was encouraged to use them based on positive reviews, but clearly, that was a mistake. I won't be returning.
