Took a chance purchasing online, with no showroom to view but when the fire arrived and was fitted by my builder, it was stunning. I chose the mini zara with white facia and am delighted. It comes with the choice of log or white coal display. The effect is very inviting and cosy and actually looks realistic. I will try the coals in the spring.
The customer service was excellent, thank you Hannah for answering my endless questions. Delivery took 2/3 days as promised and did arrive on a pallet, so be mindful of that when ordering. The remote control did not work, but a replacement was sent out immediately. All in all, I cannot fault this company. GR8 Fires indeed!
