When originally Graphityp, their website was easy to use, staff friendly, great customer service. Loved buying from them. Now they’re under metamark, the website is garbage, incredibly difficult to find anything. Gone are the days of ordering 1m here and there. Tragic loss of a superb company being absorbed into a greed factory of shite products.

Not satisfied with product or service! They are a rude bunch selling low quality products The UK is a very big place full of print suppliers so I wanted to give them a chance with their adhesives So on this singular job i used their vinyl adhesive to print on a food trailer I previously used Hexis vinyl I have no complaints what so ever but it was approx 50p expensiver per meter so I looked to save a few pence as it all adds up when you burn through 320 meters of vinyl a month This vinyl supplies by Graphityp really low quality I had vinyl peel, shrink, crack, discolour 7 months in to the job I am absolutley p1ssed off! At first they ageed on replacing the media which wasn’t really them doing me a favour when they billed me for the replacement only for that roll of vinyl to still be faulty Directly with some media you could tell it was old af it wasn’t weeding properly even after running it through the plotter it has shrinked about .1mm so you were able to see the backing media which should not happen! The vinyl was extremely fragile it was ripping I had this on about 4 rolls of vinyl out of the 7 I had purchased Since moving forwards I have gone back to Hexis and gave my ink deal to jetbest
Have previously used grafityp for heat transfer vinyls with no issues, however made the decision to use them to order some automotive vinyl. What a mistake! I ordered the colour wave electric violet expecting a purple that changes depending on angle and light etc. as shown in the image online (the quality of the image is awful, too close, only one image) which was definitely purple! So imagine my surprise and disappointment when it arrives and it is basically green with a small amount of purple visible in very limited light and at a small amount of angles. I called grafityp to be advised they don’t accept returns but I could return and pay a 20% fee and return postage. They did take the 20% fee off however with return postage and the original shipping fee I have paid out £30 for nothing.Disgusting service and product not as described. I have now found a new supplier for my business, who have been great so far. Will not use grafityp again or recommend to anyone.
Ordered vinyl 2 days ago. Should arrived yesterday but it didnt. Should arrive today by 1pm but it didnt. Grafityp was warning from the start multiple times that they cant guarantee next day delivery. Thats suggesting failed deliveries are happening very often.
I want to share my honest experience with Grafityp. Unfortunately, my interactions with them have been less than satisfactory. I purchased a few machine from Grafitype including Mutoh printer from them along with the necessary ink supplies. However, my frustration arises from the repeated issues I've encountered with their products and the unsatisfactory response from their customer service team.The first instance occurred in March of this year when I noticed that the ink I purchased from Grafityp had leaked all over the shelf it was stored on. Naturally, I reached out to them for a replacement. They mistakenly sent me an entire set instead of just the one I needed. Honesty being important to me, I immediately informed them of their mistake and offered to pay for the extra set. I received the correct replacement ink along with the additional set and thought the matter was resolved.However, my troubles didn't end there. A few months later (13.07.2023), I faced the same issue again: the ink leaked without any apparent reason. When I contacted Grafityp for assistance, I was informed that I could only raise complaints within a 14-day window. This directly contradicted consumer rights, which allow for more extended periods for such claims. Despite my efforts to reach a resolution, the individuals responsible for addressing these matters seemed unwilling to cooperate.My experience extended to other products they offered as well. I encountered significant difficulties with the transfer films for shirts, which ultimately led me to switch to another supplier. I faced similar problems when it came to the print films, and I found myself having to raise multiple complaints due to these issues.In summary, I cannot recommend Grafityp based on my experiences. The problems I faced include the faulty products, and an inadequate approach to customer service when handling complaints. It's essential for businesses to stand by the quality of their products and provide responsive and fair customer service, and unfortunately, my interactions with Grafityp have shown a lack in these areas. As a result, I believe others should be aware of the potential challenges they might face when dealing with this company.
Wow, Service is second to none, just read the reviews how anyone can say otherwise is beyond me, the sales staff are always polite and friendly and helpful their knowledge of the products is spot on, each oder I've placed has arrived next day during the week I can't fault the service I've received, I recently got a new cutter machine and the after sales service has been exceptional, you can't go far wrong with these guys, Thanks Grafityp 👍👍👍
I've placed an order for 28m rolls of heat transfer vinyl on the website at 5.24 pm. Their delivery page states that all orders delivered before 5.30 pm will be sent out on the day and received the next day. Honestly didn't think they'll make it since there are only 6 mins left but got the goods today. I'm quite happy about it.
