SCAM COMPANY SELLS COUNTERFEIT GOODSI brought a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds+ to replace my old pair, at full retail price. The delivery came from China and the box was wrapped extensively in bubble wrap and tape with hair on it, which wasn't pleasant. The box exterior made it immediately obvious that it was a fake. There was no mention of Samsung on the box anywhere, and there were grammar mistakes and missing information on the back of the box. I could also hear the contents shaking within the box, unusual for Samsung. Inside, I found the headphones to be missing the Samsung logo on the front, another telltale sign. The headphones and accessories box were held in place by cheap plastic that wasn't cut properly. The accessories box was poorly made and the contents were just stuffed in. The headphones themselves are further worse- made poorly with cheap plastic, the hinge and lid were loose and flimsy, and the headphones were way too lightweight and cheap in feel. They featured classic counterfeit earphone LEDs and the voice of a Chinese woman announcing when the headphones were in pairing mode, connected, and channels in use. I reached out to Grandado's support who were hesitant to offer me a full refund, offering instead a 125% voucher to spend elsewhere in the store or a 50% refund on the headphones. After a tiring negotiation, they agreed to refund me in full, and told me to keep the headphones "as goodwill".Do not buy from this website, you are likely to be scammed or misled. Do not recommend.
