I was charged $192 Canadian for this "product" that I didn't ever order. They claim I subscribed via auto pay. The same day they charged me, I emailed them to advice that I did not authorize this and request a refund. I asked that they remove any person info. Card info, and any account. They said NO! Then they said they would give me 50% back, I refused I want my full money back. Now they won't answer emails. I would not trust this company with any info.
I’ve been a customer for years, though I took a break from using the service. Recently, I applied a promo code that extended my plan until February 2026. Later, I tried to subscribe using a different discount code, expecting to enter it before confirming payment. Instead, the service charged my PayPal immediately without any confirmation. It seems they retained my PayPal information from years ago and processed the payment automatically. To make matters worse, the original promo (valid until Feb 2026) was overwritten and lost. I reached out to the support team, but they denied a refund despite no usage after the charge. This experience feels misleading and unfair. Be careful when trying to apply new discounts—charges may happen instantly, and previous promotions can be forfeited.

I am currently using the software and have noticed that the maximum export resolution is capped at 1080p. I require the ability to export my projects in 4K (2160p). Could you inform me if 4K export is available? If not, are there intentions to include this feature in future updates? Thank you for your assistance. I await your response.

If you decide to sign up, make sure to set a reminder to cancel before the renewal date, as they will not provide any reminders.

I signed up for a month trial in August 2024, only to find out over a year later that I was charged continuously! No notice was given (which is illegal since 2024!) and no refund has been issued! Beware, as I have NEVER encountered such fraudulent behavior.
