Do Not Trust This Website.... I would give 0 Stars, if possible

Do Not Trust This Website..... Full scam alert on this one!!! I purchased LED Foam Glow Sticks from this site from two different listings. I ordered 2 x 100 Glow Sticks from one listing and received 2 x 20. They totally gaslight you into believing that the listing needed you to select from different quantities that don't include 100 items.On the second order, I ordered 6 x 50 Glow Sticks and received 6 x 10. They are also smaller than the ones listed (about half the size).I am disputing the cost of the purchase through PayPal for a full refund. Got an immediate refund on the first order (which was worth AUS$100). Am now asking for a refund on the second order which is worth AUS$190. They sent me the same parroted email as I got from the first order....."I’m really sorry that you received only 40 pieces instead of the expected 100. There was an issue with the product description, which incorrectly showed the wrong quantity. The product page offers different options, and unfortunately none of them include 100 pieces. We clearly made a mistake here."Considering the second order was for 300 and I received 60, they couldn't even be bothered to check what I had ordered. The first order was for 200 and I got 40.

Avoid like the plague

Ordered headphones for granddaughter. They were incorrectly described. Grandado accepted that but said we’d have to pay to send to Hong Kong circa £20. They offered to repay in kind with an extra 25%. Rest of stuff in site overpriced tat.
