Ordered a silicone hair diffuser on 2 October, for travel. It was supposed to be a maximum of 30 business days for free delivery. It hadn’t arrived 6 weeks later (>30 days) when I departed and still hadn’t arrived after I returned, two weeks later. I sent an email chasing this up and, requesting it be sent immediately or refunded and have received no response a week later. On the up side it was only $10 but it has left a bad taste…… hopefully this helps someone else out…..you’ve been warned!
