Worst experience ever! Our 1000L watertanks 10!!! Got lost, then they send new ones...or so they claim. We are now at it for almost 20 weeks and nothing!! All we get is this stupid Ai robot at customer servive emails. We dont have our money back, we dont have our tanks! Dont buy here!

Delivery times are getting longer

Delivery times seem to be increasing with each email they send. After purchase, I received a message stating: 'Delivery times slightly longer than usual.' What kind of message is that? This should have been explained during the buying process. Today, I received a message saying: 'Your order is now in line for packing, which usually takes 3 to 7 days.' They added more time as well. I wish I had known about such poor service before making the purchase.
