I bought 1kg mixed nuts from a shop for £9.99. A very good price but most of the nuts were very stale and tasted sour.
I'd looked at this product several times over a few months before buying, they always looked stale. I then took the plunge and bought some.
I wouldn't buy these from here again. Other shops charging a little more have much nicer fresher nuts.

I recently ordered mixed nuts, dry dates, and currants from Grape Tree, and I’m genuinely impressed with the whole experience. The products arrived well‑packaged, fresh, and full of flavour. The mixed nuts were top quality with no broken pieces or stale taste, the dates were soft and naturally sweet, and the currants were clean, plump, and perfect for baking.
Delivery was quick and everything was exactly as described on the website. It’s clear Grape Tree takes pride in the quality of their products. I’ll definitely be ordering again.
Highly recommended.

I visit the local store in the city center weekly, and I'm always greeted warmly by the staff on duty. The service is prompt and incredibly helpful, and the shop is consistently well-stocked. The manager goes above and beyond to assist. Prices are also reasonable.

Disappointed with item quality

I was quite disappointed with the quality of the products this time. The walnuts tasted old and stale. The sesame cashews felt off, and even the apricots, which are usually delightful, were hard. It was a letdown and felt like a waste of money.

Issue with rancid products

I purchased some pecan pieces that were rancid, and they wouldn't refund or replace them since I didn't have the receipt, despite the sale being recorded on my loyalty card and bank statement. Thankfully, I eventually spoke to someone who was knowledgeable and caring, and the issue has now been resolved.

Unhelpful staff at the local store

Unfortunately, the staff at the store in the area were not very helpful. They didn't mention the loyalty card, and when I inquired about it, they couldn't set up my account and asked for my details to create it later. When I returned for another visit, the staff still hadn't created my account and informed me they couldn't backdate my previous purchase. I appreciate the variety of products, but the service is driving me away.
