This is such a flavourful cheddar, the main downside is having it in the fridge and not eating it in one go. I use it for toppings, and all recipes, but the other day bought a crusty roll, red onion with a layer of this and it was like walking in heaven.

Deliciously moreish, great tasting organic cheddars made from milk produced by happier and healthier cows. Our cows are free to graze on lush green grass and pastures abundant with clover and flowers, which are completely free from both herbicides and pesticides, and the cows are out in the fields for an average of 235 days a year. The milk is 100% organic, using regenerative farming methods, and we pride ourselves on our high welfare standards for the cows. We work with nature from the Grass Roots up!
Our product range consists of 3 cheeses: Organic Mild Cheddar, Organic Mature Cheddar & Organic Extra Mature Cheddar. Available in 200g and 2.5kg. The Organic Mild Cheddar is mellow and creamy and ideal for either grating or slicing. The Organic Mature Cheddar is matured over 9 months to produce the perfect smooth and tasty cheese to either cook with, or eat by itself. The Organic Extra Mature Cheddar is bursting with a strong and rugged flavour that makes it the ultimate addition to a cheeseboard.
