I placed an order and waited for 9 days, no delivery. I called them to be told that they did not dispatch my order because they were short staffed. I now need to wait another 8 days to get my money back.It is unacceptable!! I was completely let down by Aytac Food.

order delivered but after unpacking 1 jar was smashed,their customer service is very bad i want a full refund,their drivers dont take care with customers orders,i have emailed them 5 times to report this with photos no one still no reply
I have heard that Aytac repackages and sells expired products. I have experienced this with many products I have purchased and again I accidentally purchased one of their products. The smell was so bad and the taste was so disgusting that it compelled me to write this review. I call on the British Food Authority to take action on this issue. You can't fool people and sell poor quality and expired products. There is not even an expiry date on the packaging. You can't be this reckless.
I wouldn’t say all of your products are all bad. However, I emailed you regarding the walnuts, and no one responded. The quality was truly awful.If you’re comfortable leaving your customers dissatisfied, then by all means, continue this way.
